Editorial development
An approved story direction is developed into a manuscript with attention to reader comprehension, narrative movement, character logic, emotional consequence and the promise of the series. Revision is treated as part of creation, not merely correction.
Visual development
Illustrations and covers must support the story while preserving recognizable character and property identity. Approved visual references guide recurring features; story-specific environments and moments provide freshness from book to book.
Production
Once text and visuals are ready, the edition is assembled for its intended format. Typography, page flow, image placement, margins, front and back matter, cover specifications and manufacturing requirements are reviewed together.
Approval and accountability
Human review remains responsible for editorial acceptance and publication approval. No draft, image or production file becomes authoritative merely because it has been generated, assembled or exported.
